    Joseph A. DiLorenzo has been a real estate broker, developer, and entrepreneur downbeach for nearly 30 years. In addition to being a broker, Joe has also completed many successful real estate projects over the years, including the redevelopment of 101 N. Washington Avenue in Margate, development of Risley’s Cove in Margate, and the transformation of the Winchester House into Longport’s finest luxury condominiums. In addition to projects close to home, Joe also was a founder of SJS Realty Management, which owns and manages commercial space in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Maryland.

    Joe is a member of the Bishop Eustace Prep basketball Hall Of Fame and an accomplished runner of over than 35 years. In 2007, Joe became an honorary member of the NJ State PBA, having been honored by the Longport Police Department in 2007.

    A resident of downbeach for 35 years, Joseph and his wife, Debra, have raised two children here. Joe is a registered vinyasa yoga instructor and can often be found practicing and teaching at The Zen Den in Margate.

Jaime is a member of the renowned Kravitz family of Atlantic County, and resides in Margate with her husband Gregg and daughter Rebekah.

    A newbie to the Real Estate profession, Ari’s experience in sales, business and customer service is nothing new. Being well respected in the community, Ari is not only known for running her local business of the past 10 years, The Zen Den Yoga Studio, but also for her uncompromising integrity. A mother to three children in the Margate School District, she manages to balance her time between being a yoga teacher, business owner, and realtor seamlessly.  Ari is passionate about helping achieve the goals of all of her clients and always brings peace of mind to both home sellers and buyers.

    By making the leap to Real Estate, Ari has found professional success early on. Thanks to her loyal clientele and personal referrals, she sold her first million dollar property within the first 3 months in the business and has since obtained more than $8,000,000 in listings within the first 6 months. Ari is committed to continuing her education in Real Estate and has been,  and continues to be, mentored and coached by her broker Joe Dilorenzo, who has over 30 years in the business.

    In her spare time, Ari enjoys creating ways to inspire her students, skateboarding with her boys, practicing handstands with her daughter and camping with her family in their Airstream.

After graduating college, she spent 15 years as a managing broker at Gibbons Real Estate, Ince with a focus on luxury and vacation homes in Longport. She’s excited to move back to the independent, seasoned, and team-oriented offices at DiLorenzo Realty Group.

    Denise is an active member of the Atlantic City and County Board of Realtors, having served on the Grievance Committee and attended many classes to improve her ability to serve her clients. Her strong and long-term relationships are the cornerstone of her business and she is blessed with a wide network of clients and friends to work with.

    Emily Colston

    Emily Colston, wife of Marques Colston, New Orleans Saints all-time leading wide receiver, has joined DiLorenzo Realty Group, LLC as a sales agent, announced company owner/broker Joseph A. DiLorenzo today. “Emily brings a unique skill set and network of contacts to this position and we are delighted to include her as a member of the firm’s family of agents,” said DiLorenzo.
    Colston, 27, a South Jersey native, earned a BA in Urban Planning and Economic Development from the University of New Orleans. “With her background in city planning, Colston is intrigued by current developments in Atlantic City and the impact of such downbeach,” said DiLorenzo. She is also a NASM certified trainer.
    Colston started her real estate career in New Orleans, where she and her husband were widely known for their charitable work, including helping children in Baton Rouge recover from record flooding in 2016. Emily was also a regular volunteer at the New Orleans Second Harvest Food Bank, where she developed an outreach program with the New Orleans Saints.
    “Emily is wise beyond her years and brings all her energy and enthusiasm to our office and the area. She is a well-rounded individual, who understands the needs of a community as well as the clients,” DiLorenzo said.
